New England

New England anytime is beautiful from the spring flowers to the fall colors. You will be enriched as you visit the Ellen G. White Estate at the General Conference in our nation’s capital, the Joseph Bates Home, the birthplace site of Mrs. White and special locations marking the lives of James and Ellen White. There are many other scenes of Adventist Heritage to visit like the homes of Uriah and Annie Smith, J.N. Andrews, Farnsworth, Rachel Oakes, and Haskell, and Founders Hall at Atlantic Union College, plus the first Seventh-day Adventist Church nestled in the hardwoods and pines of Washington, New Hampshire.

Then on Sabbath head to the William Miller Home and sit in Miller’s study where he labored over the Second Coming in Scriptures. Celebrate holy communion in the William Miller Chapel, kneel on Ascension Rock where the pioneers looked for Jesus in the eastern sky. Then as we travel homeward we will pass by the Review and Herald publishing offices.

If you want to learn more about Adventist Heritage we invite you to visit Adventist Heritage Ministries at www.adventistheritage.org or www.whiteestate.org
